Layby Terms

At The A2Z Furniture, we offer our customers the option to buy the products under Layby's terms.

 

The conditions of Layby order are,

• A layby is available only on selected products. Management has complete discretion to choose the products offered on Layby and change the terms without prior notice. 
• The minimum deposit required under the Layby contract is 25% of the total price (including GST).
• The maximum period for Layby's contract is 90 days, as otherwise mentioned on the Invoice. Delivery or pick up needs to be arranged within 90 days; if the customer fails to do so, we may charge reasonable storage & administration fees. Please get in touch with us to get more information on this.
• There is a cooling period of 2 calendar days where an order can be cancelled without any cancellation fees. Any cancellation after the cooling period will incur a fee of 20% of the total price (inclusive of GST) of the product being cancelled.
• Change of product is not allowed unless management approves.
• If the management has agreed to change the product, the new product's price must be either the same as the original product price or higher.
• If delivery is required, please give us at least 5 - 7 working days' notice.
