The following Terms and Conditions apply only to orders placed via The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd (“A2Z Furniture”, “us”, “we”) website or via telephone orders placed with the Online Sales team on 07 3161 5415.
Welcome to The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd website and telephone terms and conditions for use. Please read them through carefully before using the website or making your orders over the telephone. Your continued use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall also govern all transactions on the website or over the telephone to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd (“A2Z Furniture”, “us”, “we”)reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you and any changes will take effect on the day they are posted. Any such changes will be posted on this section of the website and your continued use of the website constitutes your agreement to be bound by the prevailing terms and conditions. You will be requested to read and accept these terms and conditions every time you place an order. For this reason we encourage you to review them whenever you use this website to ensure that you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions. We also recommend to all our customers to print and retain a copy of the terms and conditions for future reference.

Account & Eligibility
You must be eighteen years of age and you must be able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law to place orders with us. By accepting these Terms & Conditions and becoming a member of our shopping club you warrant that you are 18 years old or over and that you can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you do not qualify, you must not use our services.
If you register an account with us, you must not have more than one active account, and your account is non-transferable. You may update, edit or terminate your account at any time through this site.
If you choose to use a workplace email address for your account or to access this site, then you are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with the rules, policies and protocols that apply to the use of your email address and your workplace facilities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
The products for sale on our web site are intended solely for purchase by members for their personal use unless otherwise specified. We may restrict orders to normal household quantities.We endeavour to ensure that all the products on our web site are accurately described, and we rely on information provided by our suppliers. Unfortunately, on some occasions it is possible that our web site will contain errors and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time. You should also be aware that colours may appear slightly differently on different displays and screens.Unless otherwise stated, A2Z Furniture does not come pre-assembled. All our products include simple step by step instructions on how to assemble. Please call our customer service, if you require information regarding specific item assembly.
We do offer a premium assembly service for metro areas. An A2Z Furniture representative will go to your home or office, unpack and assemble your goods, and remove any rubbish. This will cost $80 and will be done the day after delivery.
Prices, payment and GST
We will charge you, and you agree to pay the purchase price of each product that is ordered, the delivery fee for your order that we notify to you when you place your order (“Delivery Fee”) and any other fees and charges set out in these terms and conditions.
All fees and charges identified in these terms and conditions and all prices for the products include GST where applicable.
The purchase price of each product is shown on the product list on the site at the time you place your order.
Just like in our stores, prices for products change from time to time and we do not provide any notice of these changes. Subject to these terms and conditions (in particular, our right to cancel an order if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the site for the product in that order), once we have accepted your order, we will not change any prices that apply to the products in that order.
If you cancel an order then we will refund any amounts paid by you for that cancelled order in accordance with our Returns Policy.
You may pay the fees and charges for an accepted order with any of the following payment methods:
Visa; MasterCard; American Express; Diners Club; Debit cards displaying a Visa or Mastercard logo; and A2Z Furniture Gift cards
If we are unable to successfully process your nominated payment method (being the applicable debit card, credit card, Gift card or PayPal payment) for your order that is accepted by us, then we may cancel your order.
If you choose to pay by credit card, you authorise us to debit the amount that is payable from your nominated credit card for an accepted order. You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for products through any fraudulent or unlawful means.
We will provide you with a receipt at time of delivery, email or via post which specifies the total fees and charges for the products in the order.
Placing an order for products
You may order products by selecting and submitting your order through the site or via telephone in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Any order placed through this site for a product is an offer by you to purchase the particular product for the price notified (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) at the time you place the order. Your order represents an offer to purchase, which we accept when we dispatch your product(s).
We may ask you to provide additional details or require you to confirm your details to enable us to process any orders placed through the site or via telephone.
You agree to provide us with current, complete and accurate details when asked to do so by the site.
An agreement is considered to be a lay-by if you: pay for the goods in at least two instalments (when the agreement is called a ‘lay-by’), or pay for the goods within 3 months with at least 2 or more instalments and do not receive the goods until the full price has been paid. Lay-by is available on purchases of $350 or more.
Deposit - A 20% deposit is required for each new lay-by. Any deposit you pay is an instalment. You can cancel the lay-by agreement at any time before you receive the goods. If you cancel the lay-by, the business must refund your deposit after deducting 20% cancellation fees from your total purchase.
No Modification – Lay-by contents cannot be modified or extra charge of 20% applies for cancellation of any order
Where your payments don’t cover the termination fee, you will have to pay the fee.
Businesses can only cancel lay-by agreements if: they are no longer trading the product is no longer available and this is outside of their control.
Acceptance or rejection of an order
In certain circumstances, we may need to reject your order. This may happen where the requested product is not available or if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the site.
For each order accepted by us, we will: supply the products in that order to you in accordance with these terms and conditions; and provide you with an email confirmation of that order.
If we reject an order placed through the site or via telephone, then we will endeavour to notify you of that rejection at the time you place the order or within a reasonable time after you submit your order.
Delivery of products
Delivery costs and times vary for different products and are calculated based on size, weight and destination. You may obtain further information on the site about our delivery timeframes and how we deliver certain products. The delivery prices for each product are displayed on product information page as well as during the check-out process, prior to payment and order confirmation.
* We only deliver to addresses in Australia
We will only deliver products ordered through the site or via telephone to a location where we provide delivery services. We or our delivery company may need to contact you to arrange a delivery date for certain products.
We will have your purchase delivered using several of carriers, Australia Post may leave a card at the address and you will need to pick up the delivery from your nearest Post Office. For items are delivered via couriers other than Australia Post, we cannot accept PO Box address.
You agree to comply with certain delivery requirements specified below and such other requirements that we notify you when you place your order through the site.
An appropriate person must be present to accept the delivery of your order.
We may require the person accepting the delivery of your order to provide us with proof of that person’s identity (including photographic identification) and, where relevant, age. If the order has been paid by credit card, then we may also ask you to show us the credit card for us to conduct our verification checks; and
If there is no appropriate person (for example, above 18 years old for restricted products) at the delivery address to receive the order or you are unable to show us the credit card for us to conduct verification checks, then we will not deliver the products you have ordered. In this instance, we will endeavour to contact you or you may contact us to arrange for delivery at a different time, and we may charge you an additional delivery fee for that replacement delivery.
You: acknowledge and agree that any person at the delivery address who receives the products is authorised by you to receive your order; and

A redelivery fee may occur if the customer is not at home when delivery is attempted. For most furniture deliveries, we or our courier will contact the customer prior to delivery. If the customer confirms a delivery time but is then not at home to accept delivery at the arranged time, we will be charged a redelivery fee and in turn we will have to pass on that charge to the customer. (If the delivery was a "free shipping" delivery, we will pass on the original "redelivery bill" which is usually 75% of the original freight charge.) It is important that the customer arranges a delivery time when they are sure to be at home to avoid any redelivery fees.
Cancelling an order
We may cancel any part of an order (including any orders that we have accepted) without any liability to you for that cancellation at any time if: the products in that order are not available; or there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the site for the product in that order; or that we reasonably believe your order has been placed in breach of these terms and conditions.Change of mind or any cancellation of an order will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
