Our Returns Policy is in addition to your statutory rights and outlines our commitment to you to ensure you are satisfied with your shopping experience with us, either in store or online.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers. You are required to notify The A2Z Furniture within 7 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. It is okay if the fault is realized after 7 days, but if the item arrived faulty, you will have to inform us immediately to resolve the problem, else we will not be responsible for that. In addition to a detailed description, you will have to provide images (or a short video clip if needed) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the resolution.
Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval. If in case for any reason, a return is to be proceed, the returned goods have to be in original packaging, wrapped to ensure safe shipping back to warehouse, if found with any damage in the product while return shipment, including but not limited to marks, scratches, stains or physical damage, no returns will be proceeded and no refunds will be issued.
In case of warranty claim, If the product like sofa and mattress have been abused, warranty is void immediately, Any stains or physical damage will suggest mis-use or abuse of the product. Such things can void your warranty, so it is customers responsibility to take care of their product if they want to claim warranty. The products are designed to use in a specific way, and are supposed to be used in specific way by customers, if otherwise found, the warranty is void at the same time.
Any Purchase/Invoices issued against a company name or purchase for commercial use is not eligible for warranty as our products are designed and developed for residential use only.
Foam going soft in sofas, springs/topper going soft in mattress are considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under warranty.
Stitching coming out is also considered daily wear and tear and is not covered under warranty.
Return an item:
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. In order to obtain a refund, exchange or to repair a product that you purchased from us, you must have clear proof of purchase - typically a receipt.
Please be aware that if a product is to be returned, the buyer is responsible for paying for the return shipment. Please note we will not accept return or issue a refund, if the goods arrived to you later than you'd expect. To claim under a Warranty or a consumer guarantee, you must return the product for repair/inspection to the store of purchase, and pay for the associated costs. We can arrange a replacement after the item has been returned or store credit to the equivalent value of the returned product in current condition.
Faulty or Damaged Product:
Once proof of purchase has been established, if the product fault can safely and clearly be determined, we will offer you a refund, repair or exchange. Where the product fault is difficult to determine by a store representative, we will need to consult with the manufacturer or repair agent to determine the fault and resolution. A timeline will be outlined to you to complete the process depending on the supplier location and availability of required parts. Please be aware that some of our goods are sourced offshore and may require in excess of 10 weeks to source a replacement part or product.
Unfortunately, A2Z Furniture cannot offer a refund or exchange where the product has sustained damage due to inappropriate use, whether that has been identified by a sales representative, the product manufacturer or repair agent. If the product does not match its advertised description, of purchase/delivery will provide you with either a refund or source a new (if available) or similar product purchased.
Change of Mind:
Please choose carefully. The majority of our items (including without limitation, sleep surface beds and furniture) cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons once unwrapped or furniture orders have been placed to meet your specific order. Due to this reason we do not normally give refunds or offer exchanges or credits if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
A2Z Furniture may, in its absolute discretion offer you a refund, exchange or credit if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision if: Doo you have clear proof of purchase, typically a receipt; o the product and packaging is in its original condition (including manuals and accessories); o the product has not been used or soiled?
Cancelling an Order:
A cancellation fee of 20% is applicable on the total price. You may not incur a cancellation fee if the goods are delivered damaged or if us are not entitled to charge a cancellation fee under any relevant legislation. It is your responsibility to inform us, if any change of address or contact details.
If a refund is granted, we will refund the original purchase price in the form of the previous method of payment indicated on the receipt (if possible) minus any delivery charges and/or cancellation charges.
