Delivery Costs

Delivery costs and times vary for different products and are calculated based on size, weight and destination.To calculate your delivery costs, please select your desired products and enter your postcode at the cart page. The delivery prices for each product are displayed on product information page as well as during the check-out process, prior to payment and order confirmation. We use carriers that are both convenient and cost-effective, including eParcel, Toll and Bluestar Logistics. We are confident that we offer the best value shipping rates in Australia.

Please note delivery cost doesn’t include insurance charges thereforeA2Z Furniture is not liable for any loss and/or damages during delivery if insurance fee is not paid.

Free delivery is available for limited products & time only. A2Z Furniture delivers locally Up to 15 Kilometres (km) Free of freight cost on specified product purchase.

Delivery Time

We deliver most of our products Australia-wide.

We use various carriers to deliver the goods to you and each of these carriers has varying speeds of delivery times. Therefore, the time taken for the goods to reach you once they have left our warehouse will depend on the carrier and your location. The average time taken is from 1-7 business days.

All items are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment, and will be conveniently delivered to your home or office. Deliveries take place Monday - Friday during normal business hours.

Please note that these are estimates and our carriers will endeavour to meet these on all occasions; however please allow up to 10 business days for all deliveries.

Signature on Delivery

Our couriers offer a door-to-door service, so please ensure that there will be someone available at the nominated delivery address to sign for your items and receive the delivery. Couriers will not leave parcels unattended and will deliver to ground floor residents and the front door.

We require a signature upon delivery with most of our items. As such these items cannot be delivered to a PO Box.If no one is present when the delivery is made the courier will leave a card explaining how to collect or arrange re-delivery. If the parcel is being delivered by Australia Post then it will be available for collection from your local Post Office.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details, and instructions for how to track your order. In some cases tracking updates could take 24-48 hours to update accurately. Alternatively you can always contact the courier directly and quote your tracking number and they will be able to give you more accurate tracking information. Oversize Items

Drivers will need assistance to carry items to your door for any items designated as oversize (over 20kgs per item), as per OH&S requirements. To find out if your items are oversize, please see the Overview & Specifications section on the product page. If no one is available to assist the driver, please contact us at .We are happy to make arrangements for a driver assisted delivery with additional charge applied.

If You Will not be Home to Accept Delivery

An appropriate person must be present to accept the delivery of your order.

We may require the person accepting the delivery of your order to provide us with proof of that person’s identity (including photographic identification) and, where relevant, age. If the order has been paid by credit card, then we may also ask you to show us the credit card for us to conduct our verification checks;

If there is no appropriate person (for example, above 18 years old for restricted products) at the delivery address to receive the order or you are unable to show us the credit card for us to conduct verification checks, then we will not deliver the products you have ordered. In this instance, we will endeavour to contact you or you may contact us to arrange for delivery at a different time, and we may charge you an additional delivery fee for that replacement delivery.

You: acknowledge and agree that any person at the delivery address who receives the products is authorised by you to receive your order; and If you cannot be available to accept your delivery, you may contact the courier directly to provide them with an ‘Authority to Leave’ the goods unattended, this will however void your warranty and neither A2Z Furniture nor our courier can be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your item.

Redelivery Fee

A redelivery fee may occur if the customer is not at home when delivery is attempted. For most furniture deliveries, we or our courier will contact the customer prior to delivery. If the customer confirms a delivery time but is then not at home to accept delivery at the arranged time, we will be charged a redelivery fee and in turn we will have to pass on that charge to the customer. (If the delivery was a "free shipping" delivery, we will pass on the original "redelivery bill" which is usually 75% of the original freight charge.) It is important that the customer arranges a delivery time when they are sure to be at home to avoid any redelivery fees.
